Acquisition December 19, 2023December 19, 2023 Cleaner and LaundererAlliance Laundry Systems, the global leader in commercial laundry equipment, acquired the distribution assets of Batavia, NY-based Statewide Machinery, Inc.

Statewide will become part of the Alliance Laundry Systems Distribution East Region, while maintaining its Batavia office.
Since its founding in 1954, Statewide Machinery has been a leader in providing for solutions for on-premises laundries, laundromats and multi-housing applications in Northern Pennsylvania and Hudson Valley, NY, including, Buffalo, Syracuse, Rochester and Albany.
